*Municipality of Valencia
*Municipality of Mabinay
*Municipality of Basay;

Memorandum of Agreement(MOA) for the treatment of domestic wastewater/septage at the Bayawan City Waste Management and Ecology Center between Local Government Unit of Bayawan City and the following establishments:

*A Villas Resort and Restaurant
*First Balfour, Inc.
