54TH REGULAR SESSION OF THE 10TH SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD
The 10th Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Bayawan convened for its 54th Regular Session, presided over by Vice Mayor Hon. Rusmar Ian D. Tijing.
