Legislative Benchmarking
On September 3, 2026, personnel from the Office of the Secretary to the Sanggunian of the City of Bayawan conducted a legislative benchmarking visit in Iloilo City to learn and share best practices in legislative processes, parliamentary procedures, records management, and legislative support services.
The activity aims to strengthen the delivery of efficient, transparent, and responsive legislative services for the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Bayawan.
