2026 PH-OGP Co-Creation of Flagship Programs
City Government of Bayawan took part in the 2026 PH-OGP Co-Creation of Flagship Programs, represented by City Mayor Hon. John T. Raymond, Jr. and City Vice Mayor Hon. Rusmar Ian D. Tijing, together with department heads and representatives from various sectors. The activity convened local government units, national government agencies, and civil society organizations to collaboratively develop flagship programs that promote transparency, accountability, citizen participation, and innovation in governance. Through this initiative, the City Government of Bayawan reaffirms its commitment to advancing open, inclusive, and responsive public service for the benefit of its constituents.
