Ground Breaking Ceremony
Groundbreaking ceremony held at Brgy. Kalamtukan for the River Infiltration Water System , a pilot technology with Bayawan as the first recepient in the Philippines, marks another step forward in strengthening sustainable water resources for the community. This is a grant from DENR thru Undersecretary Dr. Carlos Primo David of Water Resources Mangement Office and by the efforts of Bayawan Water District (BAWAD) thru General Manager Mrs. Alma Abrasaldo.
Vice Mayor Rusmar Ian D. Tijing, on behalf of City Mayor Jack Raymond, graced the event together with Councilors Sharlou Jamin, Severino Capulso and Rolando Abrasaldo, showing their continued support and commitment to projects that bring long-term benefits to the people of Bayawan City.
