The 23rd Regular Session of the 10th Sangguniang Panlungsod, presided over by Vice Mayor Rusmar Ian Tijing, was convened as the first regular session of Calendar Year 2026 and marked the first session with the newly designated Sangguniang Panlungsod Secretary Dr. Christopher U. Bantog, with the Honorable City Councilors present, during which matters vital to the city and its constituents were duly deliberated in the pursuit of responsive and effective local governance.
