As mandated by the DILG through Memorandum Circular No. 2023-001 and DOTr-DPWH-DILG Joint Memo 2022-01, the council headed by Vice Mayor Rusmar Ian Tijing, City Councilor Hon. Sharlou Jamin and Hon. Felipe Santiago, Jr., together with the Traffic Management Council is developing its Local Public Transport Route Plan- a priority initiative to enhance public transport efficiency, safety, and sustainability. This strategic session aims to craft a people-centered, efficient, and safe transport network aligned with DOTr's PUV Modernization Program.
