Rolando B. “Lando” Abrasaldo is a respected City Councilor in Bayawan City, Negros Oriental, representing the Nationalist People’s Coalition (NPC). In the May 2025 elections, he secured his council seat by placing fifth, earning 23,079 votes—demonstrating solid support from the electorate. Abrasaldo’s political career began in the 2022 elections, during which he first won a seat on the Sangguniang Panlungsod. Among his notable civic engagements, he was present at the inauguration of the San Jose–Bugay Water Treatment Facility in April 2021, held in Barangay Bugay.
